The chat widget on every page of www.kanaeru.ai goes straight to the team's internal channel. Messages sent outside Japan business hours are answered the next morning JST. Your conversation is kept against a session id in your browser so you can close the tab and pick the thread back up later.

What to include in a first message
You will get a much more useful reply if you include:
- The outcome you want, described as a result rather than a task list.
- A hard deadline, if you have one, and what happens if it slips.
- The stack and the cloud account the work has to land in.
- Constraints - compliance requirements, data residency, an existing codebase, an incumbent vendor.
What happens next
- We reply with either a scoping question or a proposed outcome, price and timeline.
- If it fits, we write a specification for you to approve before any code exists.
- 50% upfront starts the work, 50% is due once you can verify the delivered outcome.
